IMASS has considerable experience in the pre-employment screening sector leading to the development of a number of models which are robust, comprehensive and user-friendly. In addition to our traditional paper-based questionnaire service, IMASS Technologies has developed an electronic pre-employment system, Job Screen. This system has been specifically designed to offer a secure, low cost and efficient alternative to a number of commonly used paper based questionnaires, including DSE Self Assessments and Night Workers questionnaires.

In order to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a modern organisation IMASS seeks to work in partnership with you to develop a bespoke questionnaire (paper or electronic) covering all of your specific pre-employment requirements. Our experience has shown that up to 90% of the questionnaires are classified as fit (on the same working day) with only a small percentage requiring further information.
Where there is a need to qualify a pre-employment, IMASS provide supporting information allowing the Manager in question to decide whether or not the individual can be accommodated. The requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and other relevant legislation are taken into consideration within this process.
